Some Healthy Breakfast Alternative

The importance of breakfast would have no doubt. However, many people are too busy or bored to sit down for breakfast every day. Instead of a nutritious breakfast and healthy, they eat foods with high amounts of sugar and calories, no nutritional value at all. 

In this article, we’ll see some healthy alternatives.

1. Whole-grain breakfast cereals
Contains many fibers, is a rich source of vitamins and minerals. Serve with low fat milk and add some fresh or dried fruit to add sweetness.

2. Fruit Smoothies
A good breakfast at any time, but especially in the summer. Use fruits and fresh or frozen berries, such as bananas, strawberries, raspberries or other fruit you like. 

3. Oatmeal
A porridge made from satisfied with fresh fruit, served with low fat milk. Fresh fruit will add more health benefits for breakfast and give a sweet taste. What kind of tree you have is totally up to you. Strawberries, for example, would be a good choice.

If possible, choose low-fat yogurt with low sugar and calorie content. Add fruit or fruit of your choice and serve with a big glass of fresh orange juice.

7. Scrambled or poached eggs
You can have your eggs almost anyway you want, but try to avoid fried eggs. Serve with whole wheat bread or toast.

8. Fruit Salad
Mix your favorite fruit and start the day with a healthy fruit salad. You can, for example, add chopped bananas, apples, strawberries, grapes, kiwi, oranges, melons and pineapple.

9. Low-fat cheese salad
Start with fresh lettuce and add some potato salad and chopped tomatoes. Next, make the croutons of bread and add to salad. Finally, chop or grate the cheese into small pieces and sprinkle over the salad.
